That is a razor to shave your eye brows or small spots on your face or bikini area. Mostly eye brows because i have used it for my eyebrows when i am lazy to use tweezers. You can get those at wal mart. That is where i bought mine.

Why are you snooping other people's stuff!? It's an eyebrow razor. They have those little aluminum threads to prevent cutting, you can actually try (gently) to move the blade across your skin and it will not cut it. This is more an emergency tool, or a starter's tool for shaping eyebrows, this is how I started shaping my eyebrows, but afterwards I plucked them. In any case, they are better for unibrow problems rather than the other part of the eyebrows, unless they are really hairy, small hard hairs are hard to tackle with this. But seriously, don't be so nosy

Weird, I think I've seen that before, its a hair remover thing, kindof like a eye brow plucker. It's not nothing to worry about, Anyways what were you looking for in your sisters purse? Money? QUIT SNOOPING. If my sister ever snooped in my bag I'd be pretty mad...Watch your self, Lol.

hopefully it is just for trimming her eyebrows. it looks like a razor. has your sister been acting weird or depressed? is there any signs of cutting on her wrists, etc? talk to her. you might need a good reason for going into her purse, though.

Don't worry, everyone uses this. Its a razor for the eyebrows. its used to trim and shave unwanted facial hair.

I don't know for what your sister use it for probably to shape the eyebrow. I think my brother have one but it is really dangerous, he use it to shave really small hair and you can cut with it very easily, you have to know how to use it with cautious. Hope it helps!
