Well they are both beautiful and nice woman, but I think Carmen Electra is much prettier then Jessica. Carmen has striking and stunning facial features with those eyes, a great healthy, curvy and feminine body, and a great smile and voice. She is more sultry, vixenish, and womanly then Jessica. Jessica is cute in the girl next door, natural beauty and bubbly sort of way but she wears to much makeup.

I think Carmen Electra has more feminine features. She has a dainty nose. She has really pretty blue eyes as well.
I find Jessica Simpson has some masculinity in her face - I prefer very girly faces. ALso, I think that Jessica's ultra blonde hair doesn't flatter her warm brown eyes and olive skin. Both have beautiful curvy figures though.
