Hi, Solankivi. I cannot stop the misuse of law. It is you and I jointly can stop. Ours is a benevolent democracy under the shelter of which, law is being misused not only by the common man but also the people involved in law-making, law-enforcing and law-interpreting functions. You know how our Parliament and the State Legislatures are funcioning. You have to search for a non-corrupt officer in daylight with a torch in your hand. Misinterpreted secularism is thrust on our minds. Now and then we find some rays of hope in the judgements like the cases of Manu Sharma. Our credibility in judiciary is often renewed with such judgements. Hanging of Afjal will take place if justice has any regard in our country. Let's wait and see.

Misuse of Law is the result of not using it. And the using depends on the people who are entrusted with job. So unless you take steps to change the people entrusted with job you can not do it. A complete Overhaul of entire political and beaurocratic personels may repeat may bring in some change.
Who is behind the move to pardon the AFSAL? Is it not the pseudo secularists and their media singing from the background ? Instead of Afsal if it was some Hindu what would have been the reaction of these pseudo secularists? It is only a Eye wash. In my opinion Afsal should be tied to a pole at the centre of a big playground and the people of this country of ours should throw stones till he is declared DEAD. According to The Law of SHARIATH.

YOU should make the law simple and acceptable to everyone, If you make more rules, more will be the corruption, The Govt should implement a subject on law & ethics and its abidement, from primery school itself, educate the people through spiritual thoughts, by saying this is evil and this is good thing.
