You all might try watching the news too and really listening when the president makes speeches. Why do we need Patriot missles and more aircraft carriers in the Persian Gulf if not to nuke Iran?

What???????
Bush plans to nuke Iran?
Where the hell did you hear this little chestnut?
let me guess the same place you get your daily fix of "Bush is the secret mastermind of 9/11" garbage.
Hey how about this if there is an election in 08 (which of course there will be). And if Iran has not been nuked (It wont be) promise me you will never post another asinine question like this again, you wont breed and you sure as hell won't vote.
Thanks, the country appreciates it.
Add on:
Patriot missiles? dude those are defensive weapon platforms! the shoot down missiles! they are short Range small warhead weapons, they are not nuke capable and even if they were the range is way to short. they are like the phalanx defense system. the are NOT designed to be used as attack weapons.
Carriers??? do you even know what a carrier does? it carries planes, it does not have offensive Nuclear capabilities.
Before you spout off on a topic get facts.
But people like you don't want facts because facts oppose your rhetoric.
Please grow up a little more before you try to play politics.

President Bush, although not a very good war strategist, is not a stupid man. He know that no one survives a nuclear war. If any country makes a first strike against Iran, it will be Israel. The Iranians don't care if they all die from trying to 'wipe Israel off the face of the map'. They think they'll go to heaven for the effort. She's right that wars do not stop Presidential elections in the U.S.

I have wondered the same thing, but for different reasons. I've been wondering if he'd just seize control, suspend elections due to some "state of emergency" or other lame excuse. He used a lame excuse to get WWIII going, and I wouldn't put it past him to use another to stay in office when his clock runs out. See the way he's always blinking? He's way out of his depth. He's gotten us and Iraq into something he can't get us out of.

Yes. There will be an election in 2008. Wars don't stop elections. We had presidential elections during the War of 1812, Civil War, WW II, Korea & Vietnam. We had an election during wartime in 2004.

WWIII has already broken out. Iran is simply the next stop, then it's on to North Korea and Venezuela.
