Buddy, glad to know ur concern abt India. It's the century of entrepreneurs. India only needs more and more entrepreneurs who can create jobs and provide employment to others. Already the eyes of whole world are set on India and Indian brand is selling worldwide, so the entrepreneurs of today's age wont hv to make that much effort as compared to ones from previous times when India was little known to 1st world countries.

Also, if corporates accept it as part of their CSR(corporate social resposibilty) to uplift the society and education standards, then a lot of good can happen to india.

According to india unemployment plays an important role among the citizens. For that mainly public awareness should be created especially on educational activities.the increasing population is also an important role.Every country's infrastructure should be goodso that there will be increasing demand for workers no problem will arise.Media should spread worldwide and in the nook and corner of the world also everyone should know about the current affairs. This will gradually increase the knowledge of everyone.Through different medias like news papers radio, television, internet can gradually decrease the illiteracy rate will not only destroy the unemployment problem in india but also in the distant universe

From what I remember about India, there is still an overpopulation problem there, which means it has an abundance of human resources if it can only be organized.

But now I'm a bit confused by this article that says that India is having an economic boom. In fact it says US graduates are going to India to work. This is very confusing. Is your question implying that the Americans are also taking away jobs from India where there is still an unemployment problem?

I read an article in the New Yorker about Muhammad Yunus who recently was awarded the nobel peace prize for pulling his Bangladesh community out of poverty. (Link below.) Perhaps we can follow his example. In the article it said he entrusted very small private loans to responsible individuals, primarily women, to start with. He helped them to understand there were investments, which he expected they could use to start their own businesses.

It is possible...But will take a lot of time....With the multiplying population growth it seems very difficult to satisfy the needs of the citizens..unemployment is not the only reason..food shortage is another one even though more than 60% of the working population of India is engaged in agriculture..which is very high compared to other countries...if u really want to know the reason of unemployment..-it is poverty(directly or indirectly).....it is a kind of barrier on every route of development for a nation like India...

The 1st priority should be to improve the life of below poverty people.. there are people who are not even having 2 meals a day..
So government must provide jobs such as cleaning roads, building & maintaining public toilets, and also organising other city planning techniques... many poor people can be employed.. the salary should be compensated by free meals to the workers... and also with additional wages... that way we can avoid beggar crisis, improve the city and villages and also provide employment to downtrodden... if the city gets organised, many companies can start new business ventures in the city.. thus it can result in improvement of the middle class too.... jointly we can eradicate poverty and unemployment... everything has to start from the roots... its very slow process and is difficult, but it is possible...
