As it was your hair, I interpret that as your mind, seeing yourself in a mirror, also to me suggests the "minds eye" is telling you to take control, put things into your own hands where you can create a masterpiece.

personally if i woke up after this dream i would go and get that hair cut lol. i believe that you need to sit back and have a look at where you are going in life, and maybe a change would do you good.

Try changing your state of mind, cutting.... possibly frustrated about things/situations in your life that never seem to change unless you do it yourself.
