Yes. Ratted out a co-worker. She was a convicted felon and hadn't bothered to tell anyone when she was hired. She'd embezzled 40,000 from her previous boss (a friend of mine). The current boss actually allowed her to access and control the petty cash.

However I always advice people to not take revenge and not even think about that ,I took revenge on someone who hurt me many times and I know it was not a right thing to do but I am very glad that I have dont that!
