You can get them at around $130 through $160...
I did a newegg search and narrowed it down to include only 15" monitors:

You can find sales that will have them for considerably less but basically the above list is about what you should expect to pay.
I feel like I should mention that 15" is TINY! and you can get a 19" monitor for around $180 nowadays, which isn't that much more expensive than most 15" monitors.
Here's an example of great 19" widescreen monitor I would strongly recommend over a 15" monitor. It's $180 after rebates (220 before)

In the mid 100's maybe up to $200. It depends upon the brand name and whether or not it was used, refurbished, or new.

They are pretty cheap, perhaps around $100, now that 17 and 19 inch are hot.
