I knew she would be a great mother, being the oldest of 6 kids. She has such a great sense of humor, easy to talk to, fun to be around... I could go on for days about my wife! The first time I laid eyes on her, I got the butterflies because of how good she looked that night. Gorgeous!

I think the most important thing she did for me, though, was that she made me feel like she liked me, which was important for me because I was somewhat timid with girls. She seemed to show a genuine interest in me, and that made me feel good.

I don't think she planned on getting married at 18, but we both agree that after 8 years and 2 children, we could never imagine it any other way.

The reason I wanted to marry him was because I could not bear the thought of being away from him for five minutes. I fell in love with him because he more completely understood and accepted me than anyone in my entire life.

For me it was love at first sight. I saw her smile and I was smitten. I thought she was a really sweet woman and would make a good mother and a life-long companion. That was 15 years ago. Now we are getting divorced.
