Try a website called "Danceage" if you don't want to download anything. It just plays in yer browser...
If that doesn't work, look up "Radio Blog Club". They should be there too...
But if you actually want to download it, Limewire is the way to go.

I'm pretty sure that's illegal... have you considered asking someone you know to burn the CD for you? Er, I'm pretty sure Limewire is a good choice otherwise, but I'm not sure if that's legal either.
