Maybe. People who have a lot going on tend to forget things more than others.

If you look into her eyes and say it is very important to you that she remember something, she probably will. People more easily remember facts and events that they have an emotional reaction to.

Unless she is old, her brain is not full. More than likely it has to do with other factors like attention and stress. To make a good memory, you have to first have a good perception to remember and then the attention to make the memory. She may want to remember, but has too many things fighting for her attention.

Sometimes things just get crazy in life & it's hard to keep up with everything that's going on. My husband's the same way. When things are more mellow & less stressed, he retains things better.

If she is studying for her test and thinking about all the things she has to memorize and the things that she has to do, I would say that her brain is a little strained. Yep I would say that.

it means she doesn't care enough about you to remember what you have to say. no offense, but that would be insulting in a relationship to let your partner mistreat you like that.
