I had a crush on a guy I work with and then I found out he's gay.. he knew that I liked him and said that we could still be friends..I got his number and I texted him a few times and recently we kinda became good friends..or so I thought. We hung out for a little bit last weekend and when he left he said that we could do it again sometime, but since then he's hardly talked to me. When I text him he doesn't text me back and when he does it's kinda just a quick text. I asked him if he was upset at me for something and he told me that he's not, but I can't help but feel like he's not telling me something..then I find out from 2 different people that he's decided to go straight but he wants to wait until he moves away so that he doesn't ruin his "rep". What do I do??

Can you change spots on a lepoard? If you are gay, you are gay. You cannot just switch to be straight. There is no button that will do the trick. If it was that easy, everybody would be in love. Well, it is kind of weird to date guys you work with anyway. I'm sure you'll find someone else. Anyway, even if this guy wasn't gay anymore, he wouldn't be good enough for you because he wasn't straight the whole time.

No such thing as deciding to go straight, you are what you are. If you want to keep him as a friend, then treat him like one. Find out things he likes to do and talk about that.
