Spend more time with her and impress her. Talk to her about love and what her dream partner should be like.
If you don't want to do that, take one of her girlfriends into confidence and tell her to ask your girl if she likes you and ask her to help you.
When you're friendly enough and have come more closer and it seems that even she likes you, you can get down on your knees and say,"I LOVE YOU"

You don't say how old you are. When I was 25, I ran into an old college friend (a really good friend). We went out to catch up on gossip and had a great time. Started going out for fun. Fell in love, and just celebrated our 40th wedding anniv. I think that because we were best friends before dating, and remained best friends after marriage, is the reason why we lasted so long together. We've seen people do things to their spouses that they wouldn't do to their best friend.

If you don't want to tell her yet maybe you should be affectionate towards her...if you already are maybe something a little more than the normal friendly affection...see how she reacts to it. If you're feeling like maybe she likes you too then tell her. Good Luck!

I think you should ask her to go somewhere. Then just causally ask about her dating life. See if she hass a good time with u and have one of ur friends ask her if she could ever see herself with you
