In a nuclear world, the only true enemy is war itself......
Another way of saying this is global suicide, mutually assured destruction, global impact winter, ....the greatest disaster to the human species, the....well, you get my drift.

i think Russia Because USA have Dead Economy after the two Towers down . . . So Russia will Win for Sure . .

no one ever really wins in war. in the case of modern warfare this would especially be true because of the mass destruction weapons which are available. there would some survivors but they would be hard pressed to continue a healthy and normal lifestyle in a nuclear war aftermath.
