Some of the things I appreciate most are that they raised me well, were strict but loving, gave me a faith to live by, allowed me to be my own person, gave me trust and were confident I would live up to it, are always there for me, showed me right from wrong, lived simply but in a house full of love and caring.

respect, freedom, alot of Love, and fear. We gave respect and received respect, freedom of speech, Tons of Love, and the fear that if we messed up we had to own up to it. Rule of thumb was I love you and will stand behind you but if you end up in jail and I will believe what you tell me, but I will not bail you out. So make sure you chose your friends wisely and make the right choices. That was the fear so we never ended up in jail. All 9 of us.

The examples my parents, aunts and uncles, and grandparents set for us kids. They were good people, lots of fun, educated. Loved to work, and made lots of money. Loved getting together for parties and playing. I loved it.

I love that we all can easily talk and communicate. My parents are open minded and they listen without being judgemental. I am that way because of them.

I was single father....I raised them to be the best and now they take care of their Dad and if any tossers get in my way, they will be there for me!!!
