i have all the decorations down but like what do we do? friends aren't much of dancers all people every d 4 sweet 16 r put on music and expect everyone 2 dance. what are some activities that aren't too corny but fun and everyone can enjoy? also have to be cheep, parents are spending much!!! Also what food can we serve? like i was thinking maybe like slamon but some people don't like fish maybe skeewers or something please help!

Make some pineapple milkshakes or Hawaiian punch.
One traditional Hawaiian game is called ‘ulu maika (rolling stone disks). Similar to horseshoes, you simply set up a small stick post in the ground, and gather some stones for throwing. Each person chooses a stone and tosses it at the post. Whoever’s stone lands closest to the stick wins! Other traditional Hawaiian games include ‘o‘o ihe (spear throwing) and moa pahe‘e (dart sliding).
Some non-traditional games can be fun too. How about the Limbo? Or you could have a hula hoop contest awarding prizes for the longest hula, the most unique hula, and for the person who can successfully hula the most hoops! A luau is the perfect opportunity to play lawn games such as bocce, croquet, badminton, or even volleyball if you have enough room.

Have Hawaiian pizza, you know that's still with the theme. Don't have slamon, that sounds violent. The activities are SUPPOSED to be corny, that's when everyone breaks down and starts having fun.

For decoration you can use glitter and sequins, he loved that. You can do so much like clothes can be military inspired or something with alot of zippers. You can have the boys wear white socks and had one white gloves. You can have a cake with music notes on them. His favorite color was red and he like gold and black so try to use those colors. You can also have fedoras on the table or something lol Maybe you can hire an impersonator or you and your friends can do the thriller dance routine for entertainment. I'd suggestgetting some of his music if you don't have some like his stuff from the jackson 5 as well as his adult stuff. You know what else would be cool is if you could do like a petting zoo thing like have soem animals there since he loved animals of try to get amonke to prentend to be bubbles lol i'm getting really creative with this.

How about Hawian Pizza? It has Ham and Pinapple on it and it is pretty tasty. You could make some fruit drinks with strawberries and pineapple and other fruits. Maybe make some grass skirts out of crepe paper or some newspaper. Maybe get a cd of Don Ho and play it while people are talking. Play cards or UNO or something. Have fun and enjoy!

I don't know what decorations you got. but you could have palm trees. tiki torches and lights all around. have leis for everyone.
you can have a limbo contest.
lots of pineapple, they serve it everywhere
