Me and my husband had sex last night. we both were really in the mood and just couldn't help ourselves and even though we did it very slow and gentle i'm still curious about if it'll hurt my baby or not.

Yes its ok! its not going to hurt the baby, doctors even tell u to have sex if u want the baby to come sooner!

The only time you need to abstain from sex during pregnancy is when your doctor has told you to or when your water has broken (once your water has broken, there is a risk for infection that could cause problems). If neither one of these applies, go to town. Keep away from the rough stuff for right now, but other than that have at it.
My husband and I had sex until 2-3 days before my due date! (Baby was born one day before my due date, perfectly healthy.

Oh yes it's definately ok to have sex now. I had some of my best sex in the late stages of pregnancy. It can also help bring on labor so go nuts lady! Good Luck!

It is fine there will be no harm to the baby.
It can help bring on labour in the last few weeks.
Do Not do it after your waters have broken/leaked, as this can cause an infection.

As long as you haven't been told to stop by your doctor, you're fine, especially if you were slow and gentle. Enjoy it now while you can, because once that baby arrives, sex takes a backseat.

Yes its actually good for you to have sex when your pregnant. This will help the baby get here faster..and the baby is very protected in there so it doesnt bother it at all.

If you enjoy it, that is fine. It is okay to have sex during pregnancy and that is why there are different positions that help you to do it when you are pregnant. Just enjoy it and don't worry it is fine!!!!
You should feel happy that you want to becuase some woman don't want to have sex when they are pregnant and that doesn't help their marriage. But also keep in mind there is there is a day that you don't feel confortable to do it don't feel that you have to and your husband should understand you. Enjoy!!!

Unless your doc has advised you not to have sex (usually because of a medical condition) then there is absolutely no reason not to have sex. Some will tell you that sex helps speed up labor, by softening the cervix and orgasm helping start contractions. So if you want to, go for it. I sure did! ;)

I don't think you are supposed to. I'm pretty sure having sex that late into your pregnancy can increase your chances of a early delivery. However at 36 weeks, aren't you ready to give birth anyway? I think this topic is still pretty controversial. Of course if you our your husband have a STD you should not be having sex at this time as your baby could contract it. Also if you are leaking any fluids or anything thats probably a good sign you shouldn't have sex.

yes its fine as long as the doctor hasnt said anything other wise you can have sex right up to your due date if you feel upto it. with my little girl who is 2 now i was 6 days passed my due date we had sex 1 hr later i lost my plug 5 hrs later i had my baby. now im pregnant again this makes our 3rd and is due in 3 wks
