Probably. You are dumping trash in the woods and/or public property. It's illegal.

Yes it is illegal. It is call illegal dumping. In Texas the offenses are as follows. 0 to five pound is a fine of $500 or five days in jail. 5 pounds to 500 pounds is a fine of $2000 and up to six months in jail or both; 500 pounds to 1000 pounds is punishable with up to one year in jail and a $4000 fine or both.

In short don't do it.

If the dumpster isn't on your sources, and also you do not have permission from the sources proprietor to apply their dumpster you're illegally dumping and trespassing. the sources proprietor is often billed each and each and every time the dumpster is emptied.
