Ok, here is the story. I thought i was pregnant. I had brown discharge that started the day before my period. That lasted for about three days. That night I took a pregnancy test and it showed a positive. Not extremely faint but not strong either. It showed up right away. I went to bed. I woke up, went to the bathroom, and felt like something was pouring out of me. I wiped and it was bright red blood. It's continued throughout the day. I also had bad cramping when it happened. Now I'm not sure becuase I took Pamprin. I still have bright red blood although it's not heavy like a normal period is for me or completely clotty. So, still pregnant or miscarriage?

I did take two more tests but the Answer ones, and not the Walgreens Early Pregnancy Detection Tests. They were both negative. Also, my bleeding, although not becoming heavier or lighter, is starting to include some clots. Small ones, not many, but they are starting to appear. The pain became so bad I took Pamprin and was ok.

I am sorry, that sounds like a miscarriage. Something similar happened to my neice recently and she did have a Mis. You really should see your ob just to be sure. Im sorry. I wish you the best.

Okay so something sounds kinda wrong... I had a miscarriage once and I think that the pregnancy horomone stays in your system for a while after. What kind of test did you take to determine the positive test? You may or may not have been pregnant. I still say go to the doctor because you never know...
From now on always go with EPT tests.

I would recommend seeing a DR and getting a beta test done. That would definitely give accurate results. HPT's dont normally give false positives, so that seems kind of weird. Spotting and cramping is normal in the beginning of pregnancy. However, bright red bleeding with clots isnt a good sign.

Good Luck

Some women have periods even when theyre pregnant. Since u had one positive one, tell your doctor and have them order for u to get a blood test.. a blood test will let u know for sure

even if you took a pg test after the bleeding, it would show up positive.
the hgc hormone stays in your body for at least a week after a m/c

I think you should see your doctor for an exam-he will be able to tell you for sure that way.

You need to go to the doctor. No one but a professional can tell you for sure. Either way you probably need medical attention.

Eh, it means your body tried to carry the fertized egg and for whatever reason just let it pass casually. Yeah, you're not pregnant anymore, dollface. You may have been, but you aren't now. Eh, try again if you want to. Hope you're married. :-P

Go see a doctor. Right away too. This doesn't sound too healthy...
