You have to call the prepaid cellular phone company that services that phone to activate it. Once you activate the phone you will also need to buy refill cards to have money in your account to use your phone. Refill cards are usually $20, $30, $50 or $100 that you can purchase online by the cell phone carrier or at your local electronics store like Best Buy.
