I'm 26 and she is 15 and is also pregnant after we had sex because the condom broke.. I also know that she is underage and feel bad about that too. I just really don't want the responsibility of having a baby, but I will help in anyway she wants me to and be there for her. Is there a way for me not to go to jail? Because her dad is MAD.. and I know he is polishing his gun at this point.. Is there a way to talk him out of pressing charges?
And to tell the truth I did talk her into having sex.. and had sex with her for sheer fun and did not think of what could happen.. I mean she is a very pretty girl.. Should I marry her so I don't go to jail?

Not really....most generally, she'll need her parents permission to marry you. And marrying her just to not go to jail, is not the right solution. Maybe you'll get lucky and if you actually try to help take care of her and the baby, her parents won't press charges or the judge will be lenient.

You should go to jail!!!! You're sick, and now you have two children and a very angry Father to deal with.
If you don't end up in jail, the only thing you can do is prove yourself... and pray that you don't have a baby girl and that some 26 year old manipulates her into having unprotected sex. A condom is NOT enough when you're jepopardizing the life of a child.

Alright well first off i would have done anything with a 15 year old girl if i was 26, im 18 and wouldnt have done anyhting with her because thats really young like a what? sophmore in high school? but you cant change the past now, honestly i tell her to go to her doctor and see if theres anything he can do if its not to late

only if you love her but truthfully i think you knew better and should step up to the plate but if anything be there for her every step of the way remember YOU talked her in to it!!!
oh and just try to reason with the dad let him know what you plan to do but if it were my daughter you would already be in the front yard in the flower bed!!
