I'm a Niners fan.. but I like Jeff Garica.... This really was a very biased game. If America is this desprete for a feel good story we are in serious trouble... I'm really disappointed about what took place..... This is honestly too much to swallow....

i would have to agree, but having the Saints continue will make big money for the sponsors.

Hmmmm sounds like you're an upset Eagles fan. If you ever watch any games you'd see that in all games people are biased. The annoucers in the Colts game favored the Colts today. Why not just admit that the Saints are a good team, and the emotion behind it has a lot to do with it. And what's wrong with a feel good story? We don't too many from the U.S.

It is amazing that people actual think the NFL is here to please us. NFL is a business and their business is entertainment. If the NFL can make a bazillion dollars with one team winning or a bazillion and two with another winning, would it really surprise you that the second team would win. Its all about money. I am glad you are a Garcia fan and a Niners Fan but what does that have to do with your gripe. You are just p'ed that the Niners did not make it to playoffs or the one thing associated with Niners did not win wither. I can remember all the calls the Niner had in there favor when they were dominating. And believe me that had a lot of calls go their way.
So my point is this , let it go and enjoy the show !

I can't believe what I'm reading! The Saints simply won that game by coming up with plays when they needed them. Let's face it: both these teams have been on emotional roller coasters the past couple of years, and both deserve all the success that comes their way. The Eagles had to endure "Mr. Loudmouth Who Thinks of Nothing and No One but Himself" (TO), and the injury to Donaovan McNabb, for a couple examples, but played very well when Jeff Garcia stepped in. The Saints have had to overcome all kinds of obstacles themselves (A little windstorm named Katrina), but have finally put together a very solid team. Their was no bias in this game - just two teams who deserved to be where they were tonight. Heck - I'm a Seahawk - Bronco fan (lived in both cities), but have to admit even I admire the tenacity the Saints and Eagles have shown this year. But tonight was just the Saints' night - nothing more or less. I wish them both success in the future until, of course, they play either Denver or Seattle! :-)

To : Black Whis??????

How many of the websites are you going to include that the dome was built on a burial ground????? News for you, the whole city since Katrina is how a burial ground, and also who cares. I'm sure if you dig far enough you wiill find your Great Uncle Fester who was having an affair with your second cousin's black maid that was also a voodoo princess, in fact it might have been Marie Laveau is buried under your back yard. Don't impress yourself (and try to impress others-who must be of limited intelligence who fall for this bullshit ) with your use of the internet. Stop getting yourself off by acting llike you know so much about things you've never even been through or lived. As for your help, we don't want anything from you. You can benefit from helping yourself.

omg you people have serious problems the game was fair the calls were right we just made more points so therefore we won that's the name of the game I give the eagles credit they played good ball and just like the last time we played the eagles it was a very nailbiting good game because they are a good team but hey we won get over it it was an evenly matched game as a playoff game should be.

Tony: if you are talking about the 9/11, why didn't the Giants or Jets win? That happened in NY, not NE.

I agree. I live in Stiller country and this happened here last year. I knew this game was gonna be fixed ever since Monday when I found out the Eagles were playing Saturday. Tags would've never done this. My belief, Tags retired in December 2005, he probably left it up to Goodell after that. You watch 2009 NFFL (National Fixed Football League) charged with fraud. #1 reason why the Arena Football League rocks.

The game is fixed, eh? Give me any match up and any point in the season and I can give you a feel good senario. Give me a break!

Seems to me that the Eagles had a lot of chances. That Reggie Bush fumble was their golden opportunity and they didn't capitalize on it.

I totally agree with you, seriously, look what happened when 9/11 happened, the patriots won the Superbowl, because the Patriots (red, white, and blue) and now after Hurricane Katrina happened they want the saints to win, I hate how politcs comes into play with this bs...and how they said a black coach will not win the superbowl, nor a black QB, the only black QB was Doug Williams, with the washington Foreskins, and that game was thrown, since elway had a awsome 1st half..
