her signature is not needed
you'll get a default in judgement
if she refuses to show
she'll get a copy of the judgement
she cannot stop any divorce
merely contest it for money, support. assests
that's it
good luck

I don't know about OK, but when I went through this, my lawyer told me that he didn't ever "have" to sign anything. He was served by the sheriff with the original divorce papers, never responded, and the divorce was final a few months later.

you've to document the papers in courtroom and the decide would have a listening to to hearken to his aspect of it. it is going to take many months for this to be over so be affected human being. In long island you should attend a million year to document divorce so seem up your state and observe once you've grounds for divorce. at last you'd be divorce notwithstanding it is going to take time.
