Be honest with that person and let them know you od not have the same feelings for them that they do for you.... But be nice about it. Let them down gently is all i am saying:) See if they would just be friends with you.

I never said it back if I didn't mean it.
Love is not something to just throw around contrary to guys beliefs.
yeah hurt a lot of guys feelings but it was better to be honest then pertend that there was more there.
Not to say that love will never be there, it's just not there now for you .My husband told me he loved me first while we were doing the do and I tried to ignore it.Then he said it again when we were finished and I said that's nice and got up and left. I was shocked but later that day we talked about it and I was honest with the fact I wasn't there yet and him being mature said "thats cool but I still love you." Still together

Don't encourage them into thinking you're at that place yet. Tactfully tell them,that you like them alot,but aren't at the love level yet.
