Try a lubricant that is waterbased and has NOTHING added. Try Wet Regular or Light, ID Regular or Light. Stay away from KY, it dries quickly and anything with any color,flavor or sense enhancements (like warming lube). Stay away from silicone based lubes as well.

I have a somewhat unique prospective on this issue that most guys don't have. I'm circumcised and I'm also gay. I have a boyfriend who is uncircumcised. I know what I feel and I see what he feels. The skin is rougher post circumcision. I (circumcised) have much less feeling then he does. He is super sensitive in areas that I feel absolutely nothing. You can ask women about this issue but I'm not sure if they can answer this question the way I can. If I had a choice I'd prefer not being circumcised. Best of luck with your son.

It could also be the latex. Most condoms are made with that. There are polyurethane condoms, you might want to try those.
Make sure it doesn't have non-oxical 9. You could try wet light.

me and my fiance are both very sensitive and the best thing that we have found is the hypoallergenic ky gel hope it works for you it does for me
