The quickest answer I can give you is check the back of your book and see if there are any websites that may help you in finding a virtual tutorial or check if there is a CD-ROM that goes with the book or even a study guide that may go with it [AND the only way to check if your textbook has a study guide is to browse through the websites that may be given in the back of the book or go to Amazon.com or Barnes and Nobles and see if they have the study guide or tutorial CD that may come with the book] . And if these suggestions don't help then I may request you to go to a city library and ask a librarian for the Complete Idiot's guide to Pre- Calc. or Pre-Calc the Easy Way or Pre- Calc for dummies. and if that doesn't help then just browse through numerous websites related to Pre-Calc [ I did this with my Chem. and my Calc, when I needed more practice with problems - it really helped....but again i had a lot of time on my hands]. so try what really works for your. Good Luck!!

Barnes and Noble used to carry a small hard-bound book called "Precalculus Mathematics in a Nutshell," by George F. Simmons. It contains information on Geometry, Algebra and Trigonometry. This is a concise little book, which I found quite enlightening and contains plenty of explanations and practice problems to help you gain more competence in mathematics. If you can't find it in the stores, you may be able to order it still from Barnes and Noble's website: bn.com.

I would go topic by topic to google. For example, one topic rational functions in Precalc can be googled and many websites SPECIFIC to that topic would be listed. You can also ask Dr. Math on the Mathforum. I've gotten help many a time from there.
