A homogeneous mixture whose particle size is intermdiate between a suspension and a solution........
what is it? i don't get it!! help me!!

A colloid -- this is where you get what are known as "nanoclusters" of atoms floating around insoluble in the solution. These nanoclusters are not visible to the naked eye, so you cannot "see" the particles, as you can in a suspension (which has bigger particle size) -- but the nanoparticles still reflect light, so the solution appears to be some degree of opaque, rather than clear and translucent.

suspension
solution
colloids

so definitely it is colloid :p
