Not in normal circumstances.People have been known to exhibit powers and strengths incredible above the normal range in moments of extreme panic or stress.
Such a 50k women lifting a car to free a family member,in particular a child who is trapped underneath.
There are many similar examples of males and females exhibiting what would be termed usually super human strengths and abilities in many scenarios, to save another or others lives.
Seldom afterwards can the person ever recall preforming the deed, and can never repeat it under normal circumstances.
Often even being unable to even recall doing it after the event.

It depends on what your idea of superhuman power is. If you're talking about flying and being bullet proof then I'm going to say no. If you're talking about power that is beyond human ability then the obvious answer is yes. Just look at a gorilla bending up a tire and you can see that it is stronger than a man. If it is a human that is demonstrating what you would refer to as superhuman power then you're obviously incorrect because it is a human that has that power which means that the power is within human grasp.

If a human has a given power, by definition it is a human power.

Common vs. rare or unique or exceptional is a different question.

Same with super-natural. If 'it' exists, doesn't that mean 'it' is by definition natural as in if its super-natural, it can't exist - that would be outside of or above nature wouldn't it?

Hold on - just ponder that for a while.

Yes there are. Read my question that i asked yesturday. Superhuman are all over the planet. Its just a new evolution starting. Over the next 1000-10000 years all new borns will slowlly be born as superhumans. You powers start around the age of 10. (at least for me). If someone thinks they are a superhuman then go for a blood test. You can see a difrence when compaired to human blood. (i have Way thicker blood and metal loss and it does not get me sick. Its just part of my evolution body.)

As a matter of fact they do. I know several people that are currently involved in researching both the abilities themselves and the process of acquiring those abilities.
