I shall report the matter to the nearest NOKIA dealer or contact directly the office in Banglore and tell the situation and they shall verify their records for any complaints they received regarding the lost Mobile PHONE

report it to Nokia, they might have the serial number on File and then they can locate the owner.

You can call *611 from that phone they sould be able to tell you what company the owner is using and possibly even who the owner is.
If not they at least will know what you can do. This should help.

look in the contacts for a person to call in case of emergency or somethig and give that person a call and tell them you found this phone. When they see the cell number on their ID they will know who it belongs to

just surrender phone to police station they will do thier duties after that or if you want to keep,then you can keep it,but remember its not yours so try to give this nokia phone to owner because owner have its important contact no. in phone/sim,he can buy new one but can't buy contact no.....
