Yes, there are. I've reviewed a bunch that I've actually been paid through at the following site:

I list tips on how to avoid scams here:

Here are two other sites which are very helpful in finding legitimate sites:

(rates surveys)

(scam reporting site)

Not sure what you mean by "scam free" but from my experiences they don't pay. Most survey's i've done in the past all said, "Complete this survey and receive a check for $10" Upon reading the fine print when you completed that survey, you were just entering for a drawing prize of $10. So you could complete 20 survey's and not have your name drawn at all.

Years ago a manager I worked with told me about a website that would pay you so much money for surfing the web. You had to register, but once you did, there was a banner you had to have open while you surfed the web. Everything was legit but the only way to earn money was to click links. Running a script program wouldn't work with it, so for the amount of money it paid to do this it just wasn't worth it and I unsubscribed. That's when I came across the surveys, I went to the website and it was now a "paid for surveys" website, but as I mentioned, you were only completing a survey to have your name entered into a monthly drawing for $10.

I have found four legitimate work at home sites so far, and one of them made me $494+ in October, $700+ in November, and $838.57 in December. They are free to join.

Please click my screen name or avatar for more information and a link for proof of payment and lots of specific details.

I made some nice money at first, but once I found out these sites were legitimate, I started adding referrals and the money got a lot better. For every person you refer, you get 20% of what they earn. And for every person that one of your referrals refer you get 10% on one site and 5% on the other. In time--this could be a great source of income--making money while other people are in a sense, working for you.

If you get 5 referrals who earn $20 a month, that is an extra $20 in your pocket. If you get 100 referrals earning $20 a month, that is an extra $400 you'll earn every month!!!

And by the way--never join a work at home program that wants you to pay up front. If they were making that much money, they wouldn't need to charge you.

Note: There is a third site whose referral program works a bit differently, but they have a really high payout.

There is ONE way to make $$ from them, but its not a lot.Mypoints.com gives you 50 points per survey, then you can spend your points on Red Lobster or Wal Mart gift certificates and sell them on ebay for pretty close to face value. This method works,I do it all the time.
