This is kind of a pointless question, but its one of those things that will bug me if I don't know. I know everyone heard the song first out of Hinder, but today I was watching the Top 20 Countdown on CMT and they played Jack Ingram's new song 'Lips of an Angel'. I was shocked actually, lol. I was just wondering if anyone knew who actually came out with it first.

I know Jack Ingram ruined the song completely. I don't think it was meant to be sang like that, but I seen that it was actually on Jack's album so I wasn't sure who came out with it first.

Hinder came out with first then the other guy did and in my personal oppinion i think that ingram guy totally screwed up the song by doing a country version of it

I saw Hinder in 2004 and they sang it.So I would say Hinder.Great band by the way.
