I want to be a peditrition(baby docotor) well Im looking at colleges and well what are some good medical colleges on the west coast????

It does not really matter what college you go to. What matters is what medical school you go to, which happens AFTER college.
The best three pediatric med schools in America are at Harvard, UPenn, and Johns Hopkins.
Some generally good primary care med schools in the West are Washington, Oregon Health & Science, UC-San Francisco, UC-Davis, New Mexico, UC-San Diego, and UCLA.

Try to get into the best undergraduate school you can... I would choose bases on US News Best Colleges list. The harder the school the easier the MCAT and getting into med school will be. As for med schools, I believe the University of California at San Francisco and the University of California at Los Angeles are amazing pediatrics schools. Good Luck

Then visit websites of those colleges and find more specific information about each one.
