Try a 'memories' section. Write down all the silly or fun memories you have of your times together in one section (with pictures, if you can find them!), like "I remember the time we went fishing and you fell in the lake!) and put sappy or lovey memories in another section, things like "I remember the time I skinned my knee and you kissed it to make if feel better".

Or make her a cd to go with it- burn a bunch of songs that you've listened to together, and write down the song list in the book, and include what about the song reminded you of her, or where/when you remember listening to it. Glue a paper cd case (the kind freebie cds come in, or make your own) inside the cover, and put the cd in there.

Good luck!

maybe you could arrange the stuff according to age. Like start off saying: In The Beginning.....Mom created..., then put a pic of yourself and siblings if you have any. Then just put things in like a time line. Make your poems fit into different pics or places within. If you have everything collected already then your pics and stories and poems should be able to tell a story. Once you have the story then just place it all in the book. At the end of the book write: In The Beginning....Mom Created US. And then have everybody sign their name. At the bottom write I love you mom. Compiled by and then sign your name. You may want to give her a wrapped box of tissues first. Just as a joke. Such a sweet idea. She'll love it.

It's as easy as remembering things she did with and for you.
Like the time you played board games til your Dad got off work at midnight (actually that's my memory). Or the time just you and she went shopping for a special dress. Or how she watched you at swimming lessons. Include all the special things she did, whether it was really special or mundane day-to-day things. It sounds like a really nice idea. and you can make the book yourself.

why not make it like a baby book in reverse..about her...ad pictures and sayings...like scrapbooking items...add pages about special things she likes...and add some off beat weird pictures of her!! I did a frame recently for my dad with specialpictures of me and him through the years...put pink quilted look paper in backgorund added girly girl decorations and got the "daddy" scrapbook sayings to put on it. and had a picture of him walking me down the aisle at my wedding with the "walk with me daddy" for that...he loved it! have fun and good luck ...
