I am sorry to tell you that there really isn't any credible evidence for any product to make you taller. It is purely genetic. Other than breaking your legs and extending your fibia and tibia (which is expensive, dangerous and extremely painful) there really isn't anything for you to do. My best advice is to accept your height and realize that it doesn't determine your life. good luck.

No. Your genes determine your height. There is no way to change that. I've seen doctors put patients in traction to stretch the bones in the legs. It takes a long time and is painful. Try learning to like what you have, not what you want.

i dont know if this will help you, but never the less, this can help you become healthy as well. our nutritionist used to advised us that for children its best to always have clean colon, so better give them more juices rich in pulp bits, vegies and food rich in fiber, oatmeal, etc. then high protein diet, afternoon nap for ur cells to hav enaf time to grow and regular intake of milk. good luck
