Yes they are they are always close for this day. I work in a bank I like it this year cause it's the 15th and my birthday is the 16th so I get to have both days off. But I won't tell how old I am. But yes,yes, & yes they are CLOSED.

Yes cause the feds needed to invent another holiday to have off and when the feds close so do the banks. Which prompts some to say "why dont we kill another, someone to get another day off with pay".
