Before I go to bed. I pray to God and thank Him for the wonderful day He has given me and I thank Him for blessing me so much. I also thank Him for sending His only son to die on the cross for me and my sins. So that is what I do before I go to bed.

pee . for some odd reason i have to go to bed lie down and then go back and pee again and do this a few times its not like the first time was not enough its just some odd urge

My bf got me this build-a-bear dog for Christmas, and it has one of the sound thing in its paw and so before I go to sleep I press it...a little sad, but still...

yep i know it sounds childish but i have to have my boyfriend hold me til fall asleep, if he doesnt then i wont go to sleep for hours. but besides that the light must be off and the tv must be on the last notch before mute.
