*Sephiroth Good question...Somewhere between 21-27 when he died because Vincent was alive when Lucretia was pregnant w/ him and Cloud was 21 when the game starts. Square wants us to think Vincent is only 27 but being host to Chaos and JENOVA cells also makes him really in his early to mid 50's...the cells just make him look much younger.

Stariko-Tasuki No Miko has pretty much listed the age of the playable characters.



The game manual I think refered Sephiroth as a 29 years old, or was it as a 30 years old? Though I forgot if it was the Japanese manual or the North American manual.



It's true that Vincent look young because of the 'alteration' Hojo done to him, Vincent is a living cadaver.

He put his body to rest in a coffin, due to the depression of him unable to help Lucretia and him becoming a monster.

As for him being 27 years old, that's the age when Hojo altered him. That's also his age when Sephiroth was concieved.

Vincent threatened Hojo because of the work Hojo done on Lucretia, Hojo was upset over Vincent's threat and then Hojo shooted him, after that Hojo worked on Vincent's body.



As for Jenova cells.

The following people were mentioned to have them:

- Cloud, when he was captured by ShinRa after Nibelheim burned down

- Sephiroth, since in the womb

- Hojo, I forgot, I think it might be even before Sephiroth was concieved

- All SOLDIERs, including Zack

- The Red series experiments done by Hojo, though Nanaki (Red XIII) don't seem to be injected

- Lots of other experiments done by Hojo



Nanaki (Red XIII) might be a 48 years old, but in the term of his species, he's an adolescent that is roughly as old as Yuffie or even younger.

He was around 548 years old at the end of Final Fantasy VII.



Cait Sith might be a toy, but Reeve his controller is a human. I forgot on how old Reeve was, I think he was in his late 30's or early 40's.



Back to Cloud.

Cloud was 14 years old when he left Nibelheim to join SOLDER, since it was 7 years before the game started.

Cloud was 16 years old when he come back to Nibelheim with Zack and Sephiroth, since it was 5 years before the game started.
