that is such a hard situation because they way that you respond to anything they say about the party is the way that they will label you here on out. If you could I would go to the manager and ask him about it. I think the only way to question someones values to to talk to the person with the values. I know that sounds simple but it's really hard. And feel blessed though cause this shows your true character and your integrity so don't act like your standard is a curse. It's a gift. And another thing is usually the level you set your standard to is usually the potential you have. So if your bosses standard is low, how high do you think his potential is? (keep in mind he's the owner of a fast food resturaunt.) MY ADVICE: COMMUNICATE.
(oh yeah sorry about the novel)

You're smart for staying away. Even if you do not bring any alcohol to the party and it's not in your home, you could probably still face charges if the police were called and you were there.
If I found out my kids were drinking at the home of an employer (who is SUPPOSED to be an adult), you can bet I would be screaming for every law broken to be enforced against the guy and every other adult present that wasn't putting a stop to the stupidity. And WHEN (not if) when, one of the little darlings gets caught, you can bet your butt and the bosses butt that the kid will narc just a quickly as he or she possibly can.
Now, should you tell anyone? That's a little bit sticky but I would. In most cases you can report crimes without telling them who you are. Ask yourself how you would feel if one of these kids left his party drunk and killed someone because they shouldn't have been driving?
Good Luck

Last week the same thing happened here. The underage drinkers had an accident going home, two critically injured. That's bad but everyone that was at the party was arrested, the guy who threw the party is in jail and it is a good bet he will lose his house and reputation. He owns and runs a pizza house. Not anymore!
You are smart to stay away! To turn them in or not.... well that's up to you. I think I would support any decision, but would personally lean toward call it in. I would rather lose a friend by my actions than from an accident.

Personally, what he is doing is wrong. Well, let's just say that by the law it is. Sure, if anything happened there would be repercussions. He would most likely lose his job, not to mention get in trouble with the law, have to pay fines and possible jail time for the corruption of minors. If he was caught in some way, because you are "of age" you would be held liable too. If I were you, I would stay away from the situation.

I can understand why you'd like to go out and do something, but like your heart is telling you, going to one of those drinking parties is not the answer. Since you're of age, it would look like you're aiding and abetting, even though you're not. You could look in your local newspaper, or even online, for things to do. As for whether to take any action or not, think about this. Suppose you didn't take action, and one or more of your coworkers were in an accident and were killed, or killed someone else? Based on your question, I have a pretty good idea of how you'd feel if that would happen.
My heart goes out to you.

Your gut is telling you not to do it...go with your gut! Seriously, there are legal consequences for adults who serve alcohol to minors. If you are associated with this, you could be charged with corruption of a minor. Near where I reside an older woman provided minors with alcohol for a party and when the drunken teenage driver of the car the kids left in crashed and kids died, she was charged with murder as well. My advice for you is to find friends your own age to hang out with. If you chose to drink with friends your own age, it is legal. As far as how to address the fact that your boss is providing alcohol to minors, maybe there is an anonymous employee assistance line for your company, or a way you could anonymously tip off law enforcement. One other choice is to contact your local Office of Children and Youth Services. you can always make an anonymous call and let them know what is going on. They are obligated to look into and allegations that the safety and welfare of minors under age 18 is not being compromised. I hope you can soon network and meet friends your age. Good luck with your situation! It is not the easiest one to be in, but I applaud you for standing up for what is right.

The manager is wrong for supplying underage kids with liquor, he can be prosecuted and in serious trouble. Maybe you should give him a word of advise and tell him he will be in trouble, expecially if any of the teenagers' parents find out.
He is lucky that nothing serious has happened to anyone because of him supplying liquor illegally, alcohol poisoining, drunk drivers, or just plain stupidy from the teenagers drinking...He could lose alot, his job, going to jail, and prosecution....
In my opinion, you should let him know it is wrong and he can lose everything if he gets caught, I don't think you want to be in that situation with him.. Not worth it.
Stick to what is right, besides, you don't need alcohol to have fun.

It's great that you are not under pressure enough to go and do what you think is wrong. Even though you are bored at home. You are doing the right thing. You sound very responsible and it will definitely pay off in the long run. As far as reporting it, that's all up to you. It'd be a good idea of course you wouldn't want him to find out. Good luck

Stick to your guns, do what is right. Dont drink with minors it is illegal.
Also, the guy must be a desparate loser to be hanging out with the younger crowd or a perv!
You sound intelligent enough to ask this question, so dont feel left out, feel mature and hang with someone your own age!
Do whats right!!!

I would say folllow your heart. If you dont feel like its right, dont go. Dont go to a party and feel like its something going wrong the whole. Either way it sounds like you would not be enjoying yourself at all, so i would follow my heart, and then you will not feel guilty at nite. and dont worry you'll come across some good friends sooner or later that will fit your criterea for frinds, good luck on makin up your mind.
