Diversity to me, is the definition meaning dividing, but mainly people of cultural and religious groups. Because that is the main focus when you hear that word.
To me, it's everyone not seeing people for who they are. Not realizing that people were born the race they were, and chose later on to live their life the way they want that may be different from someone else. Not realizing that change is good, and if forced, bad.
Diversity is discrimination, racism, hatred between religion, and all those tragedies that cause people to separate themselves from each other.

Diversity means difference. When politicians and other liberals speak of promoting diversity, they are encouraging people to accentuate the differences among them. Does that sound like something that would make us work as a team? Don't you think that if we accentuate what we all have in common, it would make us more of a team? I do.
I think the purpose of promoting diversity is to create divisiveness. I don't believe everything I hear. I look at results.
Diversity is divisive. In unity there is strength.

Diversity is not always a good thing. Unless it's balanced with respect.
