Yo, i was thinking ofm aking this same exact question. I'm starting to suspect that all NFL games are fixed for dramatic fashion. Because if there weren't any marginally close games and no games ended in what the commentator would say "couldn't be scripted any better" that would make for bad tv.

I think the saints could get some kinda special attention cause of Katrina maybe from the refs or a paid off quarter back, its kinda hard to fix a NFL football game though cause if you do that you would be in big trouble and isn't worth losing your career and other players could notice, get angry at the offer or hear about it or something so I highly doubt it. But if the Saints all of the Sudan win a super bowl within the next year or so and haven't won one since I can recall I was born 1981 and haven't heard of them ever winning so that would be pretty suspicous. I don't think any games are fixed but I guess you never know everybody has a price.

Don't be silly. I suffered through enough seasons with the Saints going 2-12 or later 3-13 and took it like a man. Now congratulate the Saints and go about your business.

Yes I do. I mean just seeing the media around the country. All they say is how great the Saints are. Even during the game the announcers kept talking on how great the Saints are. I see some of the Saints fans showing up. Where were you when your team kept having a loosing season? The Eagles fans always had the stadium full when we had bad seasons. I love to see fans come out when there team becomes good.

No NFL games are fixed. You guys are desperate to explain it away. If it was fixed would it have been that close. Give me any matchup in the NFL and I can tell you a "feel good" story that might make you think that it was fixed.

Honestly it's hard to say. I do know there was some pretty strange officiating, and it was interesting that Fox hardly showed any coverage of where the calls came from. That threw up warning bells in my head.

You know the problem with conspiracies?

In the end, somebody always tells!

Think about how many people have to be in on this to pull it off and NOT get caught and you'll know how ridiculous you sound!

get a life.. as an impartial observer its quite sickening to hear people whine every week about the game being fixed simply because their favorite team lost.. lame.
