Yes of course. My classmates buy the reader digest every month and the entire class of 42 will try out the question. More than half of the class will win.

Not that I know of. My mum used to spend a lot of time ticking YES to the boxes and sending back the car keys they sent and promises of a 100's of pounds in winnings if she entered. She got to the finals and had to sign up for some sort of insurance, she could cancel the direct debit afterwards. In the end she won £5. Which needless to say was spent on the first payment of the insurance.
