I want to get away from Pornography addiction. How do I?
No matter how much I control myself, my mind still ask me to watch. I need help.

As with any other addiction: prayers
remove any contacts with the things that tempt you to participate again
seek counseling if needed
talk openly with family or immediate trusted close friend - to release the burden of secrecy and seek emotional support or ask for accountability partner until recovered
realize this could have happened to anyone - we are only human and weak on many levels when depending on human frailties
know you can be a better person from this moment on
know it takes a bigger person to take the step to recovery than the weaker person who repeatedly gave in

Not too sound mean but get a life in a way.
Keep Busy! Learn a new language, go to the gym, learn to play the guitar, basically keep yourself busy. People who have no life, are bored, so they spend time doing nothing or stupid things. Watching T.V. all day, spending all day on the internet. Set some goals for yourself and go for it. My day is always busy so I don't really have time to do stupid things like watch porno all day, actually I'm doing the real thing :)

I once met a nymphomaniac who attended NA meetings. (That's narcotics anonymous) He firmly believed that the 12 steps helped him to overcome his addiction. It might be a viable option for you.

Get your right hand busy with something more productive. Go to church, practice meditation, learn a second language, etc.

find a sweet girl that you can love and marry and then it will be OK Dont buy those videos....theyre not good for you....LOVE IS SO MUCH better...pray for strength ok??

get a different hobby that occupies your time and develop new habits.
