If its latex paint just use some soap and water and if its an oil based paint you could wait until your dog starts shedding or shave or cut the areas with paint, if its spray paint then no need to worry it will come out all by itself.

It depends on the type of paint. Water paint needs only a bath to come off. If it's oil, try a little bit of paint thinner just dont get it on any open cuts or on his eyes. Immediately after you need to give him a bath. Pls note when using the paint thinner dont throw it over his body use a rag by wetting it and gently pull the hair through it.

I think it should come off itself with a little time. Don't worry he's fine. If not you can always shave the area.
