it just means how many myspace users have viewed your page/profile.
some people are freaks at trying to find out who has been looking at their page, while others could care less.
one tracker that actually works is whosonmypage.com
but in order to see the person that viewed your page, they must have an account as well.
furthermore, you can also reset your profile views count by going to account settings, and reseting it from there.
