he has no credentials what so ever i want to sue him for $ 1 more about principle than anything else

You can file a suit against anyone you wish, but you're not going to win. He was helping a qualified teacher. A teachers aid can be just about anyone, doing something for the teacher. If he just handed out papers, he still a teachers aid. He doesn't even have to know anything about he subject.

So go ahead file if you wish, you won't win.

If the school system leaves room in their hiring criteria for experience in a particular subject as opposed to a degree, then there isn't much you can do, but why waste the money on attorney fees unless you're loaded yourself. That's a big waste of cash.

If the school finds that he is knowledgeable enough about the subject, then, yeah...if that is their criteria for hiring.

I was not aware that other than a basic education was required for being a teachers aide..................
