url about:plugins shows installed plugins.

My best bet: install a Netscpae 7.2 and copy the plugins directory to firefox plugins directory. That gives You a collection of well tuned plugins.

Procedure recommended at Mozilla.org:

http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/windows.html normal procedure.

When encountering problems You fake a Netscape.exe and directory structure.

You can for example use a renamed firefox exe.

Have you try download the latest Shockwave Player ?? If you have Addblock or NoScript extension installed you need to disable it on that website to let Java script run. You also need to download the latest Java software from Sun.

it is just for some reason that firefox does not detect that you have it. try looking in the settings and viewing installed add ons, if it isnt browse for it.
