I use PC-cillin 2006 and when "there are unknown computers connected to your network" pops how does it work?

Ehe well this kinda depends on your virus scan, uhm lets see there are some certain programs with spyware and keyloggers in them. Before installing a program into ur comp check it out first, you lucky that your system detetcted the offender or else, theyll be watching you without you even knowing 0_0! Good luck and i suggest that you increase the intensity of your fire wall to prevent this from happening again ^_^ hope this helped

It just identifies other devices on your network. These could be actual computers, but I know the Nintendo WiFi adapter also shows up as a "computer", as does our wireless gateway.

From your brief description, I feel that someone is using you wireless network for Internet or someone is trying to hack into your computer.

Increase your security like setting password for your network, add one more anti spyware etc.

Backup your files before its too late.
