I was wondering because on Mario Hoops 3 on 3 I wanted to make teams with good guys and bad guys.

Paratroopa is a bad guy and everyone else is a good guy. Donkey Kong's name is really Monkey Kong but the translation had some mistakes when the game was translated to English and then once the mistake was realized everyone already knew the game as Donkey Kong so it was far too late to fix it. Moogle has appeared in various games such as some of the Final Fantasy games and Secret of Mana. Moogles are basically helpful. In Secret of Mana it is possible for an enemy to turn you into a moogle and while you're a moogle you can't attack but the moogles themselves are good and generally helpful.

The Paratroopa is a bad guy. I don't know who Moogle is. The rest of them are good for the most part. Back in the day Mario had to go up against Donkey Kong to rescue the Princess in the first Donkey Kong video game but since then he's kinda minded his own business.
