Don't call the Lapeer County Michigan Dog Pound, they have a "DILLIGAF" attitude. I called them about cows in a barn yard standing in knee deep water with no place to get out of it. Thier responce was "What the !@#$ do you want me to do?". Can't wait to pull the millage rug out from under them.
