Animal Care and Control. You can find the number in the Yellow Pages. You can also call the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). They may not be the ultimate organizations to deal with such a call, but they will know the answer and will help you.

Don't call the Lapeer County Michigan Dog Pound, they have a "DILLIGAF" attitude. I called them about cows in a barn yard standing in knee deep water with no place to get out of it. Thier responce was "What the !@#$ do you want me to do?". Can't wait to pull the millage rug out from under them.
