At school, when I was 10 or so, the girls would practise kissing each other. I would enjoy it more tan kissing the guys. If you didn;'t do it, you weren't one of the "cool girls". How things have changed.

I think this is still happening. It seems like most young kids have some sort of homoerotic encounters- girls play house and kiss, or have these kissing practices, boys wrestle and banter and often introduce one another to masturbation or pornographic materials and do them in the company of one another. I'm not saying all kids do, but many do, and it doesn't reflect at all on their sexual orientation- they grow up straight and gay and bisexual regardless of this behavior, which can't even be deemed 'experimentation', because they aren't doing it with the conscious intention of experimenting.

It's quite normal, and I suppose you could call it beautiful.

The age is troubling, and would be for parents to hear, but as far as it going, girls kissing isn't so different these days. Hasn't been for the past 7 to 8 years.
